1.1 Acceptance of Requests🌊- I reserve the right to decline any request that conflicts with my artistic style, skillset, or terms.1.2 Ownership & Licensing🌊- You may not claim authorship or ownership of the commissioned work. All rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🌊- Commercial use (e.g., games, merchandise, promotional content, or monetization) requires a separate contract. Unauthorized commercial use, resale, redistribution, or conversion into NFTs/AI datasets is strictly prohibited.1.3 Delivery & Usage🌊- Finished work is delivered digitally via email or platforms like Commishes.
🌊- Artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.1.4 Portfolio Rights🌊- I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
🌊- Clients requesting privacy must notify me before work begins; additional fees may apply for confidentiality.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms🌊- Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
🌊- Accepted methods: PayPal (supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).2.2 Fees & Taxes🌊- Listed prices exclude platform fees, transaction fees, and taxes. A detailed price breakdown (excluding third-party fees) is available upon request.2.3 Refund Policy🌊- No refunds after payment, except if I cannot complete the commission, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. SPECIAL REQUESTS & DISCOUNTS
3.1 Rush Orders🌊- Priority deadlines are subject to availability and incur a rush fee. Such orders will be prioritized in my queue.3.2 Discounts🌊- I list every customer and, privately, rate every deal. Verified returning clients with positive feedback may qualify for discounts on future commissions.3.3 Commercial Projects🌊- Commercial commissions require a custom contract outlining scope, licensing, and pricing. Contact me to discuss terms.
4. COMMISSION PROCESS
4.1 Tracking & Communication🌊- Progress is tracked via Trello. Clients may check their commission’s status at any time.4.2 Work-in-Progress Updates🌊- Clients receive updates at key stages (sketch, coloring, rendering). Revisions are permitted at each stage.
🌊- Major revisions requested after approval of a stage may incur additional fees.4.3 Delays🌊- If delays occur, clients will be notified promptly via the original communication platform (e.g., email, Commishes).
